Our Academy of Butchery Excellence is the only provider of butchery NVQ ís (National Vocational Qualifications) in Cornwall to train candidates not only from our own employees but also from external employers covering all aspects of the catering and retail meat industry. Approved by the Meat Training Council from foundation level to NVQ 4 Management level.
We welcome the opportunity to teach skills that are practical as well as providing individuals with the necessary qualifications for further advancement in today's society.
