Health and hygiene is above all paramount within our company, we have trained all our staff to the basic level of food hygiene certification. The Production Manager has the intermediate certificate of food and hygiene.

We also have a working HACCP POLICY, and have been specifically taught by the Meat and Livestock commission, we are one of a very few who has the Meat Manager ís Hygiene and HACCP course certificate.

We believe it is very important to encourage our staff to train in Health and Safety at work, so we encourage them to train towards certification in Health and Safety, First Aid and any other courses that will enhance their abilities towards good working practice.
