Since starting production of our Cornish Premier Gold pork sausage in 2007 we have won so many national & local awards the office wall is full.
Bobby Bagnall our sausage maker, a proud Cornishman born in Mevagissey, puts the success down to the wonderful local pork and locally sourced ingredients. Adding ale to a sausage gives it a full bodied flavour and Bobby is particularly partial to St Austell Breweries ‘Tribute’ – the combination of Pork, Tribute and Thyme is a winner.

Cold Store
Good stock levels ensure we are able to keep enough stock to satisfy the most demanding customer.
Premises
Regular audits make sure that the premises and its buildings are fit for the preparation of raw meat products. Funds are regularly made available to repair and replace fixtures and fittings within the factory.
Transport and Delivery
In the last 12 months we have replaced 4 vans in the fleet, all with state of the art refrigeration. This ensures that our produce is delivered to the customer at the correct temperature and in prime condition.
Tracking
All modern vehicles are fitted with tracking devices to ensure our drivers reach their destination safely and swiftly and gives management at Etherington ‘peace of mind’ and due diligence in line with our duty of care policy.
