We are passionate about encouraging the next generation of butchers. Which is why we are developing the ‘Brian Etherington Butchers Academy’. Our vision is to bring through the next generation of butchers in Cornwall with traditional skills that will satisfy the most demanding of chefs by providing exactly what they want.
