Delivery

Minimum delivery £25.00 we make every effort to reach the customer at a convenient time however during busy periods this may not be possible. It is possible to ring the office and get an estimated time of delivery. All vans are fitted with multi temperature refrigeration units and drivers are required to record temperatures on the invoice for Food Hygiene Regulation purposes.

Payments

All goods are supplied on cash on delivery basis until such time that a credit application form has been approved and processed. Credit accounts to be settled 30 days after date of delivery. Failure to settle within this time period will result in interest being charged. We reserve the right to put your account on stop if payments are not received on time. Bank and administration charges will be charged for returned cheques and credit facilities withdrawn.

Terms of Sale

Goods included hereon are guaranteed to comply with the requirements of the Food and Drug Act 1995. All enactments are amending the same and all statutory requirements and regulations relating to the sale of food. This list cancels all previous lists and is subject to alteration without notice due to market fluctuations. All goods are offered subject to availability on assembly of order. All shortages or damaged goods must be notified by telephone within 24 hours and confirmed in writing otherwise no claim can be considered.
