On Saturday 10th May Adam Clark of the Bedruthan Hotel is in store to talk about his excellent products and preserves.
Red Stuff and Red Stuff & Wild are artisan products lovingly handmade by Bedruthan’s Red Stuff & Wild Chef Adam Clark. He sources amazing seasonal produce and forages from hedgerows, orchards, fields and shores of Cornwall for these delectable recipes.
Etherington’s Farm Shop are to be the only stockists of these special goodies outside of Bedruthan and The Scarlet, Mawgan Porth.
Adam will be talking about his culinary creations and foraging experiences on Saturday between 10am – 2pm with plenty of goodies to taste and purchase.
