With Great British Beef Week in full swing and running until the 1st of May, we thought we’d speak to our Head Butcher Simon - who has been in the trade for nearly 40 years - to find out his favourite cuts of beef, the best way to cook steak and a few other handy hints and tips.

We had a fantastic night at the Eden Project on Thursday, when we presented the Andy Hocking Award for Public Service at the Stars of Cornwall Awards. Having donned our ball gowns and bow-ties we spent the evening celebrating inspirational individuals, who help to make Cornwall such a special place to live and work.
