Lamb Butchery

During this fun-hands on Lamb Butchery course, Etherington’s knowledgeable butchers will take you on a culinary journey – perfect for foodies, chefs and those passionate about the provenance of their produce.

Whilst tackling half a lamb, you will gain a better understanding of the different cuts, how to cook them and what to look for when buying lamb. Touching on the importance of animal structure and different breeds, our butchers will educate you in quality control and presentation too.
