New for 2015 to our Butchery Academy courses is the Knife Skills Short Course.
Arrive at Etherington's Butchery Academy and Farm Shop in Wheal Rose, Scorrier, Cornwall and spend the day learning in our bespoke Butchery School.
Head Tutor, Frank Linn, has designed the Knife Skills Course at Etherington's Butchery Academy in collaboration with Duchy College. The course offers professional chefs, students, apprentices and foodies the practical and theoretical knowledge of working with knives. Completion of the course will also give you a Level 2 FDQ Award!
The course is part funded* by ESF offering students the chance to increase their skill set. The full day course is £100, however you will only pay £30.
