A Cornish pasty is a traditional pastry filled with at least 12.5% beef skirt and 25% potato, swede, and onion, sealed in shortcrust pastry, and baked to a golden finish. Recognised with PGI status, it must be made in Cornwall to the traditional recipe and form.

Yes! You can purchase Cornish pasties online and have them delivered directly to your door anywhere in the UK mainland. When purchasing, if you find your postcode is not available, please get in touch with us at pasty@etherington-meats.co.uk, and we will personally assist in arranging your delivery.

Our pasties arrive frozen and should be placed back into the freezer on delivery. They are best cooked directly from frozen whenever you’re ready to enjoy them.
