We charge a flat fee of £9.95 for mainland UK deliveries – postage over £100 is free and all postage and packaging is inclusive of our Cornish pasties.

We use DPD as a delivery courier and our meat boxes are available for delivery Monday-Friday. For next day delivery all orders must be ordered by 12pm.

We don’t currently offer the option of selecting a delivery time. You’ll receive a delivery notification via text or email on the day of your delivery with a one-hour time slot. We also take delivery instructions if you’re not home when we’re due to deliver.

We use DPD for the majority of our deliveries outside Cornwall. On the morning of delivery, you’ll receive a text or email notification with a one-hour delivery slot. This notification will also have the tracking number for your reference.

One of the best things about getting an Etherington’s box is you don’t have to be home when we deliver. Our courier service (DPD) is able to leave your box in a safe place as specified by you under ‘Delivery instructions’ in your account. As we deliver perishable goods, we are unable to re-direct a box once it is with our courier service.

If you live within a 20mile radius of our award-winning Farm Shop our friendly Etherington’s delivery drivers can deliver to your door. If you would like to know when your delivery is scheduled to arrive, give us a call on 01209 899 203. We also offer a collect in store option, all boxes will be ready for collection from 11am, after the day of purchase.

We deliver your order in temperature controlled boxes with recyclable ice packs which keep your food frozen for up to 36 hours.

Our cardboard boxes are completely recyclable as are the ice packs are also 100% recyclable and are filled with purified water (although we suggest re-using them as they make great picnic box or lunchbox coolers). The foil bags however are not currently recycled.

Unfortunately, we only deliver to the mainland UK.
