Etherington’s Gourmet Sausage Rolls are perfect for parties, snacks and light lunches!

Handmade daily in our bakery in the heart of Cornwall, each of our sausage rolls features our award-winning Wheal Rose Sausage meat, which is made from a secret recipe thought up by Robert Etherington – the founder of Etherington Meats.

Our frozen sausage rolls are available in the following pack sizes:

• 12 x Etherington’s Wheal Rose Sausage Rolls
• 24 x Etherington’s Wheal Rose Sausage Rolls

For perfectly baked sausage rolls at home:

1. Pre-heat your oven to 180°c (160°c fan) or gas mark 4.
2. Place Etherington’s sausage rolls on a baking tray lined with baking parchment
3. Glaze with an egg or milk wash for a golden finish.
4. Cook for 45 minutes and enjoy.

Contents will be hot, allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

• 24-hour delivery for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 9am
• 48-hour delivery for orders placed Monday to Wednesday after 9am
• Orders placed after 9am on Thursday, as well as Friday, Saturday, and Sunday orders, will be delivered on the following Wednesday at the earliest.
• Saturday deliveries take place on Saturdays only, missed attempts for these orders will not take place until the Monday, and there is a risk that your item may have defrosted.
• We currently do not offer delivery on Sundays or bank holidays.

• If you are experiencing difficulties with delivery, please contact DHL on 02476 937770. Please have the shipment number and delivery postcode to hand to assist with the enquiry.

Made with our signature Wheal Rose sausage meat. 

Ingredients:

Wheal Rose Sausage: 70% Pork, Water, WHEAT Flour, Salt, Flavourings, LACTOSE, Stabilisers, Herbs, SULPHITES, Mono-sodium Glutamate, Sodium Ascorbate, Sunflower Oil, Carmine.

Pastry: WHEAT Flour, Lard, Vegetable Fats, Annatto, Curcumin, Water, Salt, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids.
