Etherington’s Steak and Stilton Pasties by Post

Each pasty is handmade daily by our skilled band of Crimpetts, ensuring every crimp, filling, and fold meets the highest standards.

We use only the finest ingredients that include:

• Minimum 12.5% premium beef skirt prepared by our expert butchers
• Mild and Creamy Cornish Blue Cheese
• Locally sourced potato, swede, and onion
• Seasoned simply with salt and pepper

Our frozen Cornish pasties are available in the following pack sizes:

• 6 x Medium Steak & Stilton Pasties
• 12 x Medium Steak & Stilton Pasties

For perfectly baked Cornish pasties at home:

1. Pre-heat your oven to 200°c (180°c fan) or gas mark 6.
2. Place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment & glaze with a egg or milk wash for a golden finish.
3. Cook for 30 minutes, then reduce the oven to 180°c (160° fan) or gas mark 4.
   • Cook cocktail pasties for a further 15 minutes.
   • Cook medium pasties for a further 30 minutes.
   • Cook large pasties for a further 40 minutes.

Contents will be hot, allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Total cooking time from frozen: 45min – 1 hour 10 min

• When purchasing, if you find your postcode is not available, please get in touch with us at pasty@etherington-meats.co.uk, and we will personally assist in arranging your delivery. 
• 24-hour delivery for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 9am
• 48-hour delivery for orders placed Monday to Wednesday after 9am
• Orders placed after 9am on Thursday, as well as Friday, Saturday, and Sunday orders, will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
• Saturday deliveries take place on Saturdays only, missed attempts for these orders will not take place until the Monday, and there is a risk that your item may have defrosted.
• We currently do not offer delivery on Sundays or bank holidays.

Traditional Cornish Pasty Ingredients

Beef Skirt and Cornish Blue Cheese, made with locally sourced Potato, Swede, and Onion, seasoned simply with plenty of Salt and Pepper.

Ingredients:

Filling: Minimum 12.5% Beef Skirt, Cornish Blue CHEESE (MILK), Water, Potato, Swede, Onion, Salt, Pepper.

Pastry: WHEAT Flour (GLUTEN), Lard, Vegetable Fats, Annatto, Curcumin, Water, Salt, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids.
