A New Chapter for Etherington's

Following a fantastic launch, we’ve gone back to our roots and reintroduced our café as The Butcher’s Tin. By focusing on what we do best – sourcing and preparing exceptional meat – we’ve created a menu centred around flavour, quality and simplicity.

Our experienced butchers play a key role in shaping every dish, ensuring that every meal reflects the skill, craftsmanship and pride that have defined Etherington’s for generations.
